The whole flow happens on Facebook's domain. We never see your Facebook or WhatsApp password — we only receive a permission token to send messages on the number you authorise.

Log in to Meta
A pop-up opens on facebook.com. You sign in with your existing Meta Business Account — or create one.

Choose your business
Pick or create the Meta Business Account that will own your WhatsApp number. This is also where your templates will live.

Add the WhatsApp number
Use an existing WhatsApp Business number (we'll help with the migration) or verify a fresh number via SMS or voice OTP.

Grant TechAge permission
Approve the scopes — send messages, read delivery receipts, manage templates. The token lands in your TechAge dashboard automatically.
What we can and cannot do with your token.
The Meta token is scoped to specific permissions. If you ever want out, you revoke it inside Meta Business Manager — we lose access instantly.
What we can do

- Read your private WhatsApp conversations
