TechAge Systems was founded in Kochi in 2002 with one belief: ERP software for small and medium Indian businesses shouldn't feel like enterprise software bolted onto a counter. Two decades, 2000+ active businesses and eight industries later — we still believe that.
From a single tile-shop installation to ERP for 2000+ businesses.
We started in 2002 with a simple goal: write software for a tile-and-granite showroom in Kochi that wouldn't crash at quarter-end. The owner wanted a counter that billed quickly, a stockbook that knew how many slabs were on which rack, and a balance sheet his CA didn't have to rebuild from scratch.
That first install became a template. Hardware stores, textile shops, supermarkets, footwear retailers, computer dealers and spare-parts businesses adopted variants of the same pattern, each one nudging the product to handle their reality — size matrices, batch tracking, route accounting, BOMs.
Twenty years on, TechTrade ERP runs in shops from Kochi to Sharjah. We're a tight engineering team that ships code, picks up support calls, drives to client sites in Kerala and ships across India and the GCC. We don't have a sales floor or a 14-step onboarding. We do have customers we've worked with for nineteen years.
In 2025 we launched WhatsApp for Business inside TechTrade ERP — sending invoices, order updates and payment links straight to customers' phones, on the network they actually use. It's the most popular module we've shipped in a decade.
